Located in the San Shay area of New Taipei City (former rural areas that Taipei has absorbed) is a tea factory run by Mr. Li Yousheng, who has continued his father's tea business for more than 50 years! The growers enhance this unique black tea variety by utilizing natural elements. The growers intentionally allow insects to infest the tea plants. The tea plant fights back by making a bug repellent. And guess what? It tastes like honey. Let us say it does not repel us!
